Real Women Out Of This World Fantasies--Eve Vaughn

Welcome, Author Eve Vaughn. Thank you for sharing your time with us as you answer a few questions.

Michelle: How would you describe your brand for your general literary work?

Eve: I generally categorize my work as romance with lots of spice that depicts that readers can relate to placed in extraordinary situations. My tagline is Real Women Out of This World Fantasies.

Michelle: What aspects of writing a story do you enjoy? (meaning what stages of the story development)

Eve: My favorite part of the story writing process coming up with the idea and actually bringing the characters to life. I dream about them and think about them when I'm not writing. I obsess over the characters I create until I write the last word.

Michelle: What is/are a milestone that you've achieved as an author?

Eve: Hitting the USA Today and New York Times Bestseller's list was pretty special, but the biggest milestone for me was the first time a reader came up to me at a conference to tell me how much they enjoyed my work. That was the best feeling in the world and it's also great to get to do something that you love for a living and be appreciated for it.

Michelle: What motivational advice would you share to your readers?

Eve: The best advice I can give is never stop working toward what you want. Don't let people discourage you if you have a goal to work toward and never stop working to perfect your craft. If you stop learning, you stop growing.

Author Bio: New York Times and USA Today Bestselling Author Eve Vaughn has always enjoyed creating characters and stories from an early age. As a child she was always getting into mischief, so when she lost her television privileges (which was often), writing was her outlet. Her stories have gotten quite a bit spicier since then! When she’s not writing or spending time with her family, Eve is reading, baking, traveling or kicking butt in 80’s trivia. She loves hearing from her readers.
